Eight days, 4 cities and 6 baseball games later, my trip finally came to an end with an 11-0 loss by the Nationals to the New York Mets. While the pitching clearly fell apart, the Nats also demonstrated a serious inability to score runs. With only a 5 hit difference between the 2 teams, the game should have been much closer. While there was a 2nd game that I could have attended (doubleheader!), I decided to take in the sights of Washington, D.C. instead.

Late in the day, long shadows always make me think of the photography of my good friend NC.
