With a strong three innings and a bit from Yariel Rodríguez in his MLB debut, the game started strong for the Blue Jays on a Dalton Varsho grand slam home run. While the Rockies tried to claw their way back all game, they could make up the difference. Yimi Garcia was overpowering with three strikeouts to end the game and get the save.
