After a full day in-doors at a conference, I needed to get in a pleasant and brisk New York City walk. Starting in Hell’s Kitchen, my goal was to make it to Washington Square Park and back while taking as different a route as possible.
I started in Time’s Square and took Broadway down to the Gramercy Park area. At that point, I took 14th until I got to 5th and then headed down to the park. After being yelled at and asked to play chess, I took my leave of the park and meandered through Greenwich Village until Chelsea. Finally, I made it back with enough time to have dinner and watch Game 3 of the 2019 World Series.
