Supposedly, the best Fish and Chips (fee’n’chee) in the world is on the Avalon Peninsula. Tasted pretty fresh to me! Side note, it has been easily 20 years since I ate a piece of fish. And yes, there is gravy (no dressing) on the fries. There was also a beautiful view of Bell Island and a cool breeze to keep us all happy and focussed on our meal. The batter wasn’t overwhelming, it was light and didn’t seem too greasy, even if it was battered. FTW!
